Good for young kids but I wish I could customize it more for teens-adults

We're also planning to add features for older kids and adults soon, as many have requested this.Looks like a good app, but I discovered it too late for my kids. I wish it could be customized for older kids/teens. I imagine my kids would have thought it was too childish by 10yo, maybe 11. Seems like a good tool for families with very young kids. Every kid and family is different, but probably best suited for kids 4-10yo.

I went through some of the set-up and now it is frozen on a screen. I have turned my iPad off several times, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still on that frozen screen. I tried to download the app on my phone and I get an error code. I can’t find anywhere to email the developer for help. I hope to be able to use this app and give it a better rating, but right now I cannot until there is a resolution to the issues.
