This app doesn’t even allow you to type the one time password you receive through sms. The screen doesn’t properly set the focus and allow you to type the otp. They wrote a complete new app and need to active your account again and set a new pin.Fitz5890

What is wrong with this bank??? Y’all canceled the online banking without providing your customers a reliable resource. We have been trying to access our account for days, we haven’t been able to enter the code to login and access our accounts. You have no idea how much delay you are creating on our end. a local pizza place have a better app than your bank. THIS IS EMBARRASSING TO YOUR BANK AND TO OUR COUNTRY!Abenet37
Not reliable.
The amount of time it works is like 20% of the time. Don’t use it to transfer over 25k to other banks. It will take weeks to complete the transaction. No way to cancel the transaction either.mike76849

I was having difficulty accessing the previous BOA’s mobile banking application since it doesn’t login in time and just presents blank page.
