Keeps freezing

Hi, I’m new to this game, enjoying it, however, the game keeps on freezing, which means I have to exit out of the game. I loose what score I had and I have to spend extra on tickets to play again.

Also, there is no other way to contact you guys via the game.

Latest two updates were a waste

It keeps crashing, won't make moves when moves are there, just freezes, won't move on to the next level when you do finally win, froze and didn't give me prizes for winning. Too many levels only get past a couple of moves then just sits there with matches on the screen and does nothing!! Can you please do a real update, that will actually fix these things.
I updated it today and it's not working.
Please fix it. It's super fun when it works. I'm happily on level 103, but I'd like to play it and it not crash so I can get past it.

I love this game but I can’t play anymore won’t let me in to play I gave it two stars but I wholeheartedly give it five if it would come on please fix it so I can keep playing or I will have to delete it and play something else thank you

Freezes too often

Have to close the app in order to fix the freezing. OK just freezes too much.
