Great platform, excellent service
For a long time, I have been looking for a portfolio tracking platform that gives me everything I need in terms of features and functionality- there’s always something missing. Snowball has everything I want at a core level. Even the little things I would like to have added, I can suggest and they will add it to their dev pipeline. And when I email them with a question, I always get an answer, within 24 hours. And the answer is always given to my question (not generic answer) and it’s always useful. Love this service.

It’s so easy to track your portfolio with this application. I found it very useful to better understand and make corrections or improvements to one's portfolio.

Very Confusing UX
I hate to be this person, but this app has the worst user experience design that I’ve seen in a long time. I was very excited because the look and feel is absolutely beautiful. However, it is a series of extremely confusing menus, navigation and functionality. I spent literally 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to import my financial transactions. The way the UI is constructed is extremely confusing, frustrating and leads to a ton of dead ends. I was very excited about this app but now I think I’m going to cancel and try to find another dividend solution.

I found it intuitive and easy to use, and it gives me a clearer picture than my brokerage. It’s helped me avoid some questionable choices by allowing me to visualize what patience and perseverance will bring.
Great app for investing
This is a great app for investors that easily tracks your dividends upcoming news about stocks that are in your portfolio without you having to go to google or some other news outlet to get the information. Wish I had something like this 20 years ago to help me with my investing.5✨✨

Visually Comprehensive
The app is very well organized with colors and illustrations with sufficient analysis that is practical, not overwhelming, and it makes sense. It is really good for anybody investing and understanding a substantial amount of information that is being presented.
Many Good Features, But
The lack of real-time pricing is the biggest weakness. Dashboard seems 15-min delay, while Portfolio seems 1-day delay. Not crucial for monthly dividends, but I still look more often at Stock Events and my brokerage apps.
