The app dosent even work for me
When I open the app and click on a video to track. I just end up getting a black screen

Not able to save
It’s glitchy and not letting me save my videos, I paid for the app. I always have to screen record the video to save it. If someone can give me instructions on what the issue is I would give it 5 stars

Hi sorry about not being able to save. Please make sure you have given Reframe it access to save photos. 1. Go into the Settings App 2 Tap Privacy & Security 3 Tap Photos 4 Tap Reframe It 5 Make sure “Add Photos Only” is selected. Please email reframeitapp@gmail.com and I will help solve the problem.

Amazing tool for all content creators. Works as advertised. Perfect for sports and interviews. Horizontal videos can be reframed to vertical / reel format and track subject so it looks like the video was filmed vertically.
