NEW: Numerous enhancements have been made to the snippet keyboard. Regrettably, the emojis button had to be removed; nonetheless, an emoji keyboard can be added through the device settings. NEW: A new command has been added to remove duplicate snippets. NEW: Enhanced accessibility with VoiceOver support throughout the entire app. NEW: You can now easily copy image snippets from the app for use in other applications. NEW: Additional tips have been added to help new users to become more familiar with the application. NEW: Rocket Typist is now also available on the Mac App Store so you can get it for more platforms via the App Store. FIX: Snippets pasted using the clipboard macro may have been incorrectly displayed in certain applications such as Outlook when the copied text includes diaeresis and other special characters. FIX: Importing snippet files may only worked once until the app was restarted. FIX: Editing snippets in search mode may have selected multiple snippets. FIX: In some situations, choosing a new category or folder did not function as anticipated. FIX: Inserting a new macro and replacing it with an existing labeled macro sometimes failed. FIX: Resolved an issue where the app incorrectly displayed an activation error message despite being activated. FIX: The image enlargement did not always yield the anticipated results.

NEW: The date macro is now being translated into the system language, not the app language. This means that date formats are supported even if the app does not support this language overall. NEW: Pressing cmd-F now activates the search field. NEW: The way a sidebar item looks when the title is being edited has been improved. NEW: You can now edit the title of folders and snippets directly in the navigation bar on iOS and iPadOS. NEW: Enabling Abbreviations now also activates Auto-Paste since most users prefer to use both options together. The previous separation could cause confusion. FIX: If you couldn’t activate abbreviations because the app isn't included in the accessibility settings, and an error message may did not always appear. FIX: The macro editor may was delayed when clicking on a macro.

NEW: Enhanced speed working with the preview and macro editor. NEW: On macOS you can now quit the app even if the snippet or folder settings are being presented. NEW: Plain text and code snippets are now smaller in size, take less disk and cloud space and sync faster. FIX: Addressed a problem that had the potential to yield a blank snippet text. FIX: Changing the selected snippet quickly could crash the app if the snippet type changed as well. FIX: The editing of abbreviations could cause a problem with the sorting and scrolling of the snippet list. FIX: The functionality of the "+" button to create a new abbreviation was occasionally unreliable. FIX: The preview was not consistently updated accurately when displayed alongside the snippet text. FIX: There was an empty menu item in the window menu bar. FIX: Using multiple snippet macros in the same text could lead to wrong results in the preview.

NEW: The appearance of the options macro and in the preview mode has been adapted to look the same on all platforms and using less space. NEW: If you are using macOS and the editor window is in preview mode, the snippet text editor will now automatically hide if there is not enough space to display both the preview and the text editor side by side. NEW: On macOS you can now switch between macros in the preview window using tap and spacebar without having to activate text navigation in the system settings. (macOS 14+ only) NEW: The app icon now doesn’t appear in the dock anymore when using a snippet that has configurable macros. NEW: Adding and removing links has been improved on iOS and iPadOS. NEW: Changing the snippet sortation now makes sure the selected snippet is still visible in long snippet lists. NEW: Improved the speed pasting of snippets that insert clipboard content. NEW: In order to give the snippet keyboard a more distinctive appearance, it now has a unique style featuring black and yellow keys. I hope you like it! :) NEW: The snippet keyboard on iOS now also supports more languages and layouts, including QWERTZ with ÜÖÄ and AZERTY. NEW: The snippet keyboard on iOS now gives a haptic feedback while typing. NEW: Clicking on the folder shortcut in the sidebar on macOS, now opens the folder settings. FIX: Some translation mistakes have been corrected. FIX: The format toolbar on the snippet editor sometimes disappeared.
