Whoever gave this app or this product 4-5 stars is lying. I purchased this item brand new today. I set up everything and it wasn’t working i downloaded the app on my father's phone it wouldn’t track the swing at all. I would not recommend this product at all. Don't get scammed by other reviews.
I was so excited to try this however I can’t. Every time I chose to play a round or driving range the app crashes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Still no solution. I’ve messaged their customer support and they have no solution. Sadly I will have to return this to the pga store.
Spent $100 on the simulator, but the app doesn’t even work. Whenever you try to load into a course you’re hit with a grey/black screen that you can’t get past. Probably gonna try to get a refund.
I’ve attempted to use this several times once I click play now the screen goes grey and won’t allow me the option to play. It allowed me to play once and it didn’t record every shot. I’ve emailed Gold Daddy and got a super generic email response say sorry and make sure I have the updated version I just received it and downloaded the app the same day.
This app always has a glitch. It is never smooth. Gray screen instead of game/course showing. Games don’t load all the time and graphics don’t appear half the time. It is never perfect.

Fell victim to the ads and videos you see on Instagram. Spent a hundred bucks had it 2 days and can’t even play it. In the videos it’s showing all these different game plays and what not but when I load in it’s either the range or the golf course. Only 1 option for either unlike how the videos portrayed it. Don’t know whether to return it or keep it and wait for a update and just have a hundred bucks tired up into a divot mat, an app and a tripod.
App is very slow to load the range or golf maps and sometimes is doesn’t load at all. The app also doesn’t save any of your previous swing videos. The Idea of the app was great but poor development execution.
Had it for over a month now and the app has yet to work since I purchased it. They say they have accuracy up to 5 yards but all clubs go the same length and you can’t hit anything higher then a 8 iron. Great concept but poor execution! They lied when they said they had a complete product. This is more in the testing stages with the amount of issues it has.
