I’ll say the idea I great, I did not know I had to purchase the stories before I could personalize them for my child. I ended up purchasing one anyway to try it out. I did all the steps: added my child’s picture and my voice for the personalization. When the story began my voice read the story just as it was suppose to but my child’s face was not personalized to any character in the story. It was literally the original characters that were shown on the title poster. Very disappointed and would like a refundColormebad94
