I just downloaded this app because I’m looking for affirmations and I love how you can type what you want and it creates a personalized message
This is by far the best app I’ve ever downloaded. I absolutely love it. Normally, any app I get falls short and doesn’t deliver quite what I am looking for. I feel that I hit the jackpot with this one. Well worth the subscription. I love the notifications of affirmations and positive thoughts that I get throughout the day. As someone who has worked with affirmations as part of my job for the last ten years, I can say that many audio and visual resources do not use proper formatting. I looked at 4 other apps before getting to this one and their affirmations were had negative connotations and contractions, future tense instead of present. If you say “ I am not sick” what our brain focuses on is “sick”. If you affirm “I will find love someday” you may be manifesting a state of waiting. How affirmations are stated is SO important. For what Ive seen so far, this app is the first to meet with my seal of approval. I would appreciate it if their affirmations where shorter and simpler. Given in bites instead of paragraphs with multiple affirmations.
I just started using this app because I’ve been feeling down in the dumps. I was a bit skeptical of this app at first but it literally takes what you say and makes it an affirmation!
Thanks I needed some encouragement and someone to vent to, I do have this but it felt really good to say, this is a wonderful app and I’m glad to see there are still people who care about other’s and not just about making money, this App is Awesome
This app provides amazing affirmations that relate to whichever topic you choose, I chose anxiety and it helps me feel better, because I’m not the only one suffering alone with anxiety and someone understands it.
It delivers on its name. I didn’t expect it to be helpful but it was pleasantly the contrary. It gives you back that one person that is always in your corner to uplift the spirits.
