I have had this printer for a year and it has been nothing but a headace! I have inserted new cartridges, color and black. I can copy a color page just fine.
However, when I try to print a color document for my Mac the HP Smart App will not let me select a color print.
I have been trying to get help from the totally clueless Virtual Assistant but that has proved futile.
I don't know what else to do but burn it and go buy a printer from a company that actually supports their products.
By the way, I worked for HP and it's spin.-off Agilent Technologies for 2 years. I wa alway proud of the products we made and marketed. I feel sorry for any HP employee today.Alkicoug
