App has several flaws. Very slow to load. Impossible to contact driver. Food is made and no sign of drivers. Customer service is via WhatsApp that breaches confidential data. It’s via a mobile phone. Needs serious update and re-thinking of the app.
An app like this shouldn’t be in public
such a horrible interface and resources. click one side goes another. why its in public if it’s not developed properly? Take time then bring it live. It's nothing but a hassle for users

I had a terrible experience with my food delivery. The restaurant claimed they never received my order, even though I was charged. After waiting for over an hour, I found out they’re very new and don’t even have customer service set up yet.Thay don't give me any reply of anything. Terrible service – I won’t be ordering from here again.

No refund policy
They don't have any refund policy if any restaurant send you old expired food you not gonna get refund . They just gonna say we don't have policy .
