They have the best burgers we have had anywhere. They have a pretzel bun that is amazing. Their shakes are outstanding! We go a couple of times a week to eat at Hat Creek

The app interface to earn points is awful. Anytime I go to scan my receipt. It fails. I have to manually enter the information from the receipt, every time, and the given QR code to scan at the counter always fails as well.DupuisBby

I love the new app! Makes it so easy to order and keep track of rewards. I visit Hat Creek 1-2 times a week so it’s nice to have this right in my phone. I haven’t been able to successfully scan a receipt barcode with my camera, but it does accept it when I enter in the code manually.ItsMeAshleyT
