Utterly useless and poorly supported
Got a fabulous PDF of our itinerary from our travel agent. But it’s missing some details, and the reported that it could be updated using the associated app. This app.
But unfortunately the app only offers one method for finding and opening your itineraries… a specially crafted URL that’s supposed to “just work”’and open their app with your itinerary in it.
But for me this doesn’t work. I’ve tried Safari. I’ve tried Firefox. Despite having installed the app, these URLs don’t seem to do the trick. There isn’t any other apparent method for finding one’s itinerary in the app itself. I can’t paste the URL. I can’t enter a code. I can’t search.
I emailed support and their only advice was contact my travel agent. I did that, and requested they use software that actually works. And they quite agreed.
