I pad OS update needed
I pad air 2’s that still work and have a ton of memory can’t update to 16. So now I can’t use the mobile app! Apple said it is up to the app developer to make this decision.

We’re sorry, but it’s a requirement of our partner at Banno/Jack Henry to have a minimum version of iOS 16 to use our mobile app. It’s important for us to use the most up-to-date software to protect our members’ data. Hi Jewls. Make sure you're going to the new app, which has a white background, and then delete the old app with the blue background. Try that, and if you're still running into problems, don't hesitate to call - we're always here to help. 740-345-6608

Great Modern app
The main advantage is that no matter what device you log into, it looks exactly the same. There does seem to be some new roll out struggles but in all was a great decision. Proud to be a member of a credit union that makes these technological advances.
