Useless.
Can’t use unless you create an account. Refuses to send confirmation email so I can’t create account.
EQ makes great headphones better!
Works as advertised. The two other reviews are complaining about a bug the day the app launched.
No need to jump to extremes about selling your headphones. It’s now day three and all works as expected. People need to understand these apps are done by humans. It will and has been fixed. Relax.
Headphones paired immediately, firmware updated within minutes. The EQ is fun to play with. Nice touch adding haptics to each movement of the frequency sliders. Thrilled the app is here!
Thank you!

The app is limited
Hmm, let’s put the least amount of effort into a free app for your $300 headphones. The limited amount of features (like different audio settings, expanded EQ, etc..). Makes a slight improvement.
Can’t create an account
Glad to see the app on the App Store, but for some reason I can’t create an account.
Garbage app
I’ve been told for months that the app was coming and it would help iOS users get the most out of their Heavy’s headphones. Well, it requires an account…fine but when it tries to send a confirmation email, it errors and says can’t send the confirmation. You can’t use the app until you get the confirmation. Deleting the app and selling the headphones on eBay.

At last… brilliant
There’s been a lot of chatter about issues on the iPhone. Glad I found this by chance even if it isn’t announced because now I can tailor my experience. For those reading, turn off all your EQ on all other apps, including your streaming services or on the Apple Music settings and then use the app for best results. Don’t worry if you don’t see the EQ without music, because it only kicks in with music playing from whatever service you use!
