Used to Love
There were a few features to be improved upon a) it’s annoying that every time you exit a question/conversation, the screen automatically goes back to “In Progress” instead of staying in “Completed”
b) it would be nice if the app notified you of a new addition to any conversation and not simply the first responses. It’s easy to miss new messages or to know where they are without checking all of them
c) diversity of daily questions — often they seem grouped together by theme and get a little worn out. For a while it was “conflict”, lately there’s been a lot of “intimacy”.
Anyway, a few months ago I reached out to support because my app was no longer showing me the additional chat. So I could see when my partner answered the question and when I did, but anything after that my partner could see but I could not — even things I was writing. Support was responsive for a bit but ultimately weren’t able to replicate the issue, so it remains unfixed. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well. This left my partner way less inclined to participate as the conversations haven’t been flowing.
More recently, there have been 2-3 days with no questions at all. I’m very disappointed in this app and it’s no longer serving any real purpose.
Please don’t waste your money
