No directions to stores? Worthless!
I have the apps to several malls I frequent and the one most used feature is the ability to navigate from store to store. I’m never lost. I downloaded this app thinking it would do the same. But no. No navigation at all. Just names of stores and times they’re open.
If they want this app to be of value, they have to have that feature. No wonder they make you create an account before you can even use the app to see what it’s about. Because us they didn’t you’d likely delete it right off without giving it a chance.
I just downloaded minutes ago and now I’m deleting. No value. If I only want to know store times I can just go to the website. I don’t need an app for that.
I’m writing a letter to the company too.
