Fresh Features & Fixes! Our latest update is packed with exciting new features and enhancements to make your experience even smoother and more intuitive. Here’s what’s new in v1.17.0: Directly Inviting Contacts to Boards: * Agents can now invite their contacts directly to a board via email, making collaboration even easier. * When a client signs up from a board invite, they'll automatically be added to your contacts in Copilot and Presence (if they’re not already). Improved Home Search Filters: * You can now filter your home search by a specific number or range of bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spots, and stories for more tailored results. Canadian Listings in CAD: * Canadian listings now display prices in CAD instead of USD, ensuring a more accurate local experience. AI Voice Notes Enhancements: * We’ve resolved the character streaming issues with AI voice notes, ensuring a smoother note-taking experience. * The buttons to take an AI voice note and enhance your note text are now much easier to spot. Misc Bug Fixes: * Fixed an issue with editing saved searches. * Resolved issues with onboarding popovers for a smoother first-time experience. * Corrected a problem where board names seemed to revert after inviting someone. So to ensure agents and clients have all the relevant information we have expanded the property details to include information like: * Schools * Points of Interest * Listing History * Neighborhood Demographics * With this new feature, you’ll always know what’s around before making a decision. It's more than just a home—it's the lifestyle around it! In addition, we’re making it easier to find your ideal home with our latest update! Now you can fine-tune your search by selecting a range of bedrooms and bathrooms to match your needs. Finally, as always we dedicated time to fixing bugs and making the app run smoother.

Now, with our Market Insights feature, agents can pull critical information on a neighborhood or custom area with a few swipes. Whether it be average sales price or days on market, quickly grab the information you need to ensure you and your clients will always be one step ahead. * New Property Types → Finding your dream location just got even better! In this update, we’re rolling out two brand-new property types to give you more options tailored to your unique needs. * Manufactured Homes: Looking for affordability without compromising comfort? Manufactured homes offer a great balance of style and function, perfect for those who want a home that’s easy on the wallet but big on personality. * Commercial Properties: Thinking of starting a new business or expanding your investment portfolio? Our new commercial listings have you covered, featuring spaces that are perfect for offices, retail, or whatever your entrepreneurial spirit dreams up! But that’s not all! We also addressed performance issues, squashed some pesky bugs, and improved our multi-search experience.

We're excited to introduce the latest updates to Copilot! In this release, we've focused on improving vendor management and saved searches. Read on to learn more! * Create Multi-Location Saved Searches → You can now create a saved search using multiple locations! This feature allows you to combine various locations into a single search, making it easier to track and manage searches across different areas. Simply select the locations you want to include, save your search, and quickly access it whenever needed. * Vendor Partners → In real estate, building and maintaining strong partnerships is a key to success. Whether it be a trusted home inspector or mortgage officer, you can now add any trusted vendor to a board. This way, you can easily share and manage vendors with your clients In addition, we have introduced a series of performance improvements across the app and wrapped up a few bugs!

Because of this, our team has added the ability to create your own private listings and add them to any board of your choosing! Here are the latest updates you will see in your app this week: * Easier Saved Searches: Our team has been hard at work creating a smoother, cleaner user experience when it comes to saving a search from a board. Check it out for yourself! * Bathroom Count Accuracy: You gave us feedback on bathroom counts, and we listened. We now show quarter and half bathrooms in the property details. Additionally, the total bathroom calculation will be more accurate. * Sync Up Your Contacts: Leads you add in Presence now pop up in Copilot, and vice versa! Changes in one app update the other. This will save you time and ensure your app and website work together in harmony! (Note: Routed leads won't yet show up in Copilot.) * Quick Contact Refresh: Pull down on the Contacts list to refresh with the latest data instantly! * Bug Busters: As always, we squashed a few high-priority bugs.
