Worst Thing Evet
This is the worst app I have ever used. Don’t buy an LG Thinq washer unless have bucks to spend for service techs to fix the settings on the machine.

What a scam! 2 year old range doesn’t work now you want to charge me to “troubleshoot” the piece of crap. Diagnostics should be included with purchase. Next appliance will not be LG.

I would like to check for a software update without paying to join the club.
I would assume the refrigerator purchase price would have covered that.
