1. isn't intuition a good thing? It's easy to create a word cloud map, and at the moment the whole process is very simple as you only need to enter data to import a template to create it. There are also very few options for adjustments, and most of them don't need to be adjusted. 2. I don't understand the point where you are confused or struggling to use it, we didn't get any valid information from your comment. Did you check the help page or contact us when you had a problem? If after checking the help page you still don't understand, you can easily contact our team with a click of a button, unfortunately our team has not received any information. 3. Our team is currently confused as to why users don't contact us when they have a problem and just leave us a comment that confuses us even more, we would love it if users would leave us any valid feedback to help us improve the software!

Hello! First of all, there is a help page in the top left corner of the product, and even to make it easier for users to communicate with us, we have added a communication button, click on which you can directly open the email and contact our team! As for how to generate data? If you have detailed data, the most intuitive is that you can manually add input detailed data. Of course you can also import it through a csv file, which is what most users have suggested to me in their feedback. If there is only text, you just need to copy the data to the text box and click the extract button, the program will automatically perform statistics and calculations on the text. As for your comment about it not being intuitive enough, our team is not quite sure where you think it's not intuitive? Can't find the help page? The buttons on the help page, etc. are already about twice the size of the buttons on most popular programs, so we think they're quite prominent enough. Of course, our team is always happy to hear user suggestions, and if you can explain in detail what you're having trouble with, we'd be happy to help you solve the problem.
