Great Content, Technical Issues Need Attention
I really appreciate the medical content provided by this app; the knowledge it offers and its presentation style are outstanding. However, I'm encountering several technical issues. For instance, when I minimize the app and then reopen it, or when it runs in the background for a while, the screen often turns black and fails to play videos. Additionally, videos frequently don’t load, just showing a loading icon indefinitely. Due to these problems, I find myself using the website via Safari, which works flawlessly. It's also worth noting that the app seems underdeveloped compared to the website. I hope this feedback can help improve the app, as it really has great potential.Show lessEricCuban

I love the actual videos but I wish it was easier to organise into folders for myself, its very laggy and takes ages to add a video to your own playlist, rather than just being able to select multiple videos at the same time, this makes it hard to organise your learning

Great content, terrible app
I frequently have difficulty loading videos on this iOS app whether through wifi or data. Further, when I pause a video for more than a few seconds, the app force-reloads the video when I try to unpause and will frequently glitch out, caught in a loop of constantly reloading the video on its own. I just want to watch the videos and all this glitching is making it excessively difficult.Show lessazyvr

I can’t recommend enough of this app. It has made my learning simpler and enjoyable. The short videos are great for revision and the fun mnemonic/Picomonic is the game changer. Thank you so much for such a good app helped me so much in preparing for my board exams.😇Vaishnavie95
