After dropping off the students at school, the driver walks to the back of the vehicle and scans the QR code to confirm that the vehicle has been checked inside. This information is shared with the school and parents. Additionally, parents can view all service information, their student's pickup and drop-off times, and travel duration, as well as current driver and guide information and documents through this application, and they can rate the driver-guide duo. Parents can communicate to the driver, guide, or authorities if the student will not be using the transport service. They can view payment plans, payment history, and bank account details through the application. If the transportation company accepts, they can make installment payments with a credit card. They can participate in surveys created for transportation services and submit complaints and suggestions to school and authorized individuals through the application.
