  • Easy way to learn about healthy habits

    Love that this app gives me practical tips on adopting healthy habits! Heard so much about intermittent fasting but was overwhelmed with all the info out there. Moonlight condensed all that info into easily digestible advice!
  • Actually helped

    Okay so I usually think these meditation / self-help / focus / productivity apps are a bunch of baloney but the breath of fire exercise (to my surprise) was actually super helpful in terms of getting me energized and focused. Woke me up from my sleepy state and was then able to power through a 3 hour slide deck that I was putting off. Definitely will keep trying the other exercises.

  • Great for studying!

    As a student, there are times when I struggle to stay focused for an extended period of time when working on assignments. I’ve tried many different focus-aids, but fell in love with MoonLight Focus. It’s an easy and pleasant way to jump into, and stay in, a focused flow state. My favorite is the Binaurel Beats, I just put it on my headphones and I’m locked in for the duration (nearly 2 hours!). The fact that the technology is backed by extensive scientific research was a big selling point initially, but the focus benefits have kept me coming back. A must for anyone who struggles with focus and productivity!

  • Great for Huberman Fans

    There’s so much biohacking info out there and I love that this gives you both learning and tools to put it to work in real time. The app is really helpful the way it is now but I also hope they also expand it to tackle more areas with more tools and info.
