Flawed
Sign up process has bugs. How do I receive the OTP, input into the app and it keeps saying “I haven’t received OTP “. Oh sign up via email is not easy, the OTP hasn’t been delivered to this day
First user- not great experience
Ordering a car is easy and simple, however app is not user friendly (Passenger).here’s why: 1. When selecting pick up point there should be more options to allow you direct driver better eg at international airport there’s no option for domestic or international terminal 2. There’s no means of contacting anyone, driver or back room support should plans change eg , you want to be picked up at a different place eq 100 m away. This should be an interactive app with real time responses between passenger, driver and or support. 3. There’s no information on the vehicle coming to collect you, drivers name or colour and reg of vehicle which are helpful in a place full of cars or busy street or station. It would seem the app is heavily coding driven and little user design input. Guys look at this

Great and reliable, the pre book feature is such a game changer and great for planning. Keep it up as we are looking forward to more exciting features never experienced before
