After downloading the app for a one-week trial, the subscription was unintentionally not canceled within the trial period, even though continued use was not desired. Despite promptly emailing the support team immediately after noticing the charge, there was no response. Multiple follow-up emails were sent, yet there was still no reply or assistance provided. This lack of customer service is disappointing, especially considering the effort made to address the issue right after the payment was processed.
I downloaded your app JustSpeak for a week trial, but I decided after 48 hours NOT to use this app. But it did NOT allowed me to cancel the subscription. How can I cancel it?

Thank you for your feedback 🧡I am changing my review from one star to five stars due to the developer’s revised approach to education and policy. They have added Belarusian and Russian languages to the app, which I greatly appreciate. The app itself is very enjoyable and similar to another one I use. I particularly like the dictionary feature for reviewing new words and the examples of how to use words I didn’t know before. Now, I have to choose between apps for my paid subscription. I think my choice will be to support “our” developers. Supporting each other, peace to all.

Hello! You can choose the Kazakh language as well.one star because the developer, due to personal hostility against the backdrop of a military conflict, excluded the native languages Russian and Belarusian from the application, but left the German language...
oh well…, similar applications appear and I will find another application with AI to practice speaking English.
