App very broken
Bought a pass, tried to book a slot to see the Duomo. The app gave me an error, then refused to let me book a new slot. I tried to sign out, but then on signing back in again, my previously-purchased pass (that I paid £90 for) was gone and I couldn’t retrieve it.
The developer only offers email support so now I’m left waiting to get an email reply before I can (hopefully) continue using the pass.
Prior to these problems the app mostly works as intended, although the map navigation is very glitchy. But potentially losing my purchase is a big flaw, amongst a litany of other bugs.
