Hi Matthew, We're sorry to hear about your experience with our app. Please know that we take privacy and security very seriously. We don't store your credit card information, nor do we have direct access to it. Regarding the app crashing, we're actively working on a fix, which will be released shortly. As for the "no available cars" message while taxis are displayed on the map, this occurs because the drivers still need to accept the ride. Unfortunately, in your case, no taxi driver accepted the ride. You can retry calling a taxi, and often drivers may accept on successive attempts.
