We had car with this company, they gave us a very faulty car which broken down within 200kms, they refused to provide road side assistance, breakdown pick up, didn’t provide replacement car and blamed the mechanical problem on us and threatening. Absolutely disgusting and fraud service company. DO NOT EVER HIRE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ok cars, nice service overall good
I am someone who always drove fully loaded cars with all bells and whistles, but this one, they have all base range cars and the worst part is you don’t have USB port to even charge or use Apple car play. I can connect via Bluetooth though. You can’t adjust the driver seat, pretty much everything basic. Apart from that their service, responsiveness, follow up is great. Overall it was ok, but I will not take their cars again.

Absolutely no reason to require access to contacts!
If you need emergency contacts, ask for it or find another way to get it. Why would you need access to the entire contacts list?
