so lets start off with what was happening as of two days ago. i would open the app, try to start learning or doing anything, and it would freeze, crash and repeat. i sent in a report about this bug, nothing has been done yet. i decide that since i had a subscription that i paid for, that the app would recognize that if i were to reinstall and would keep my progress. to my surprise, that is not at all how this app worked. it has completely reset my progress and now the subscription i paid for, maybe 4 days ago has gone to waste too. i don’t even know what to do or say. i just want my progress or my money back at this point. i will find a better app to give my money to if this won’t be resolved.

Also, unfortunately because our app works offline, deleting the app will erase your achievements and question count.
