I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone and it still won’t install. I paid for the subscription and I’m upset that it’s not working right.Jessica_nicoleee

If you want to use any of the faces they charge VIP for, they do not tell you beforehand (at least for me) that any of the full screen “watch faces” are not actually faces, but rather you have to have the app open at all times just to see the animation. The max time is one hour if you change your settings, otherwise it’s just your regular defaulted watch face. The designs are very cute but the app is misleading and not worth it. Stick to free or find another app to use.Show lessexterrible

Please please make it to were the DIY one. That can become a video please make it to where we don’t have to click the app on the watch all the time. I want to be able to click my screen and see the video pop up and not have to open the app on the watch to see itbrie194747
Won’t install on my watch.
I even got ahold of Apple to see if they could help and they said they don’t know why it won’t install. Rebooted both phone and watch. No luck. Uninstalled the watch from the phone and reinstalled. Nothing. Just won’t install. Apple says it’s a flaw with the app and not the phone or watch. Can I get a refund for my purchase?Show lessDoc taboc
