Cool

Nice app! As a suggestion it would be great if audio presets could be stored.

App

Another useless piece of trash. Just like there Philips tvs

Without the instructions

As long as you have good instructions I’m sure it’s a smooth setup. With the update it changes the original setup. This made it difficult but it is simple enough for someone that is seasoned in I.T.

Doesn’t work

The one newer speaker I have from them isn’t even supported

Fidelio FB1 FS1 FW1

Not happy with this home theatre system. When it’s set up it sounds great but there are too may problems. 3 apps plus the TV all to set up the system adds confusion. Can’t access the user manuals on the entertainment app unless the items are connected. One of the rear speakers keeps “snapping” intermittently. Keeps losing voice synch with the (Philips) TV. Says it’s all connected but no sound from rear speakers or subwoofer. Hours spent trying to set this up. Fed up with it now and wish I had not wasted my money.

Terrible

The last app was bad but this one is even worse and meant to be an upgrade. Nothing but issues with Phillips speakers and wouldn’t recommend. Looking to replace them all soon.

Absolute garbage

Why do we need two apps to use a speaker?
Why can’t I just plug in a physical connection and have product, which is named “home theatre soundbar” actually work as a speaker?

You have successfully made a simple product with a hundred useless smart abilities the dumbest most frustrating garbage ever.

Why won’t your speaker work as a speaker?

Not upgrade your B97 Soundbar

Since the update my B97, my surround speakers flickers in red constantly. Please come back to the oldest soft or make a solution for your disaster

Dire awful terrible apps.

Philips should be ashamed of themselves. Their apps are truly atrocious and barely functional. When using them to set up fidelio speakers they throw up errors with no explanation and no recourse. They often fail to find the devices on the network. And they regularly fail to connect to them when they do find them. Abysmal.
