Poor auto update
Was told that my new auto policy would appear on the app after a few hours; however, it has not. Not sure if it is the app or Servus that has been slow to keep the app updated.

I keep trying to use the app to pay my insurance. Can not. Poor service when I call. How hard is it to accept money? Pathetic
Basic info available
Not sure if this is a new app or what, but it seems to be very limited to what it offers. I have 4 vehicles plus home coverage and it will only show me 2 vehicles. ‘Proof’ of insurance only shows a limited breakdown of coverage, it would be great to see this show a pink card that you could show police if needed.

I have two vehicles and house insurance with this company yet only one vehicle shows up on the app.
Horrible
Only shows my home policy. Not helpful in sourcing my auto policy at all.
