Changing vehicles
You can’t changes vehicles on and off of your policy like other online insurance company which is very inconvenient, and then when you need to call them to switch things over it’s at least a 20 minute phone call through they’re directory, a very painful and inconvenience process, almost worth paying the extra 10$ for a different insurance company, in my opinion. Not saying this is the employees fault by any means, they are great with awesome service, it is just very bad organization on the companies end of things and how they run it.

Smarterride has bugs
One day it’s activated one day it sends notification to activate, when u try to activate the app crashes. I have iphone13, all updated.
Safe ride app
This app is the only changer to my cellphone I have made. Now my phone dies in the middle of the day and doesn’t charge. Don’t need a big brother like that.
Good service
Two of our cars are insured by scotia insurance. Good service and easy access.

Since l had download the app l am unable to see my car insurance. We called 3 times and to date nothing happened so disappointed
Useless - upon login it closes by it self
After the spinner/loader is done on login the app just closes.
Language
My app is in French and there is no way to change languages. What can be done?

Apple Wallet does not work
I have iPhone 14 and it won't even show me Proof of Insurance on the app! Only when I open it online
