Issues over the last month

I got this app hoping it would help with my learning disability. When the app works, it is great, but out of roughly 25 recordings, only a handful of them went without a hitch. The app almost always quits on me, after 45 minutes, it's a gamble whether the app will keep running. The transcribing and finalizing takes too long; it is often still processing the previous class by the time I am in the next, and I have had the app crash during this time. I have had experiences where the output has nothing to do with my lecture; this happened twice, and the output was EXACTLY the same.

Constant Crashing!

I was hopeful with this app because, initially, it was really good. However after around 8 or nine class sessions, it began to crash. I am really disappointed because I need this app for law school. Frustrated!!!

VERY USEFUL❤️‍🔥

I downloaded the app to give it a try and I’m blown away by the preface, and how simple it is to utilize. It actually gave a more detailed summary than what I provided. I Can really see myself using this for lecture hall!! ❤️‍🔥

Phenomenal Notes!

I bought this app a while ago, the devs have really put a lot of time into improving and making it better and it continues to impress me.

Any bad reviews you see are from before they updated!

The devs are super responsive and add the features the community asks for

Thanks Yall 🙏

Not working anymore.

I recently started graduate school and found listening to the lectures and trying to take notes was distracting. I found this app and have loved it. My graduate classes are online and each week we have a 1 hour lecture and 2-4 short (4-8 min) lecture videos. I have been using this to transcribe my lectures as I am dyslexic so I can print and highlight the lectures. Today I go to start this weeks short videos and every time I try to record it give something went wrong. I try to push retry and nothing. It is very frustrating. I have bought the month subscription. Please fix I really enjoy your app.

Response from developer

Hi there, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for sharing how the app has been helpful to you in your studies. I’m truly sorry to hear about the recent issues you've encountered—especially when you're relying on it for your graduate work. As the developer, I completely understand how frustrating it is when things don’t work as expected. I’m actually dyslexic myself, and I created this app while still in high school to help with note-taking challenges similar to yours. So, knowing that it was making a difference means a lot to me. It sounds like the issue you're experiencing might be due to an outdated version of the app. I’ve recently upgraded the AI model to improve transcription accuracy, and unfortunately, some older versions may have become obsolete. Could you try updating the app to the latest version? That should fix the issue, but if not, please don’t hesitate to reach out again, and I’ll do everything I can to help. Thanks again for your support and patience, and I hope the app continues to be useful in your studies! Best, Benjamin

Sooo good

I cannot believe how well this works! Great way to make sure you took great notes in class.

Great job

It really does a fantastic job recording and sorts the text in a way that is very easy to understand it is also way cheaper then the other apps that i have tryed to use

No search function

There is no menu or search function from previous recorded lectures.

It’s disappointing. I bought the monthly subscription and wish I had waited.

Not being able to search previous recording is major setback.

Hey Johnny! Very sorry to hear. As a matter of fact I just updated the app to be able to see your past lectures. Best, Ben

Love It!

I record all of my classes then save the notes and use them to study for my tests.

no area to save each note

The notetaking and ability to turn your audio notes into readable notes is great but it had no area to save your notes anywhere on this App
