Please note that we do not control App Store billing which automatically starts your subscription after the trial period — so we did not charge you. If you would like a refund, you can request one using the Apple Account subscription management feature. To date we have not received a support inquiry, but we are honored that you chose to try our app. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn about the issue you encountered, correct it if required, and assist you with using the app. We would be grateful if you can contact us using our website contact form.
