Don’t waste your money or get your hopes up

This is probably the worst dating app I have ever experienced. The app claims that they have a made to measure and bespoke service but after almost 4 months on this app, I have been completely disappointed with the lack of matches. If you’re after an older man (50+ whose profile will keep reappearing), the same repetitive profiles, zero matches, no dates, an unsupportive response from their admin team after explaining that you’re seeing the same profiles, then this is the app for you. Save your time and money and don’t bother. Most people are paid to appear on the app and don’t ever respond because they aren’t looking to date, they’ve just been paid to sign up. It’s all an aesthetic. All the reviews are fake! Don’t believe it. This app is TRASH! Stick to Hinge 🤣.

No response to technical difficulties

Downloaded the app over a month ago and there is no response since. The status has been on pending since then with no communication. Tried to process a payment to move up on the waiting list but it hasn’t been possible. No response to my communication

Love the app!

A dating app with a difference! Honestly love the way MAXION has their service. They carefully hand pick matches for you based on your preferences and everything is very efficient - even down to the meeting. I’ve never seen a dating app like it and I love MAXION so much more than any others!

Very bad

It’s been 5 months since I registered. I’m still waiting to be approved and now they are asking me to pay to be on the top of the list because they are so many people on the list to be accepted. I have no idea what is this application about, now I’m more worried because I had to put my emirates ID information as well to be registered. Shame on you guys!

Constant Technical Problems

I downloaded MAXION with high expectations after watching the marketing and PR for the app, however I have not been able to access any matches for 1 week since downloading the app due to technical faults. I have emailed the technical support team, yet it has been 48 hours and still no fix or communication back to say when this will be fixed. Experience so far has been frustrating.

Classy app

Love the interface; really high-end. Great to see profiles focused on values. Feels very sleek & sophisticated. I love the way of setting dates - all via the app without exchanging messages or numbers etc. Really well thought-out app & service.
