Can install but cannot play unfortunately, not sure why tried itch and developers website but unclear as to why it’s on Apple Store available to download if you cannot play the game?

The games only open for closed betas at certain times. Currently waiting for closed beta 2, thats why people can’t play right now. Check out their X account for how to get access when its live.

No puedes poner un juego y no poder jugarlo, y te obligan a usar tu Email pero luego no te dan acceso al juego, esto debería ser ilegal.
You can’t play unless you have an activation code
The title says it all - you can download the game but you can’t play the game unless you are given an activation code. The developers try to make this game exclusive by this (saying that they’re doing game testing) but you don’t see other developers doing this. Hard pass and a waste of time - play other games folks.
