Hey Bestie. We made a few small updates to Freddie: we fixed an audio playback issue for posts with audio notes, we updated the comment counts on posts, improved image upload on event pages, and fix a bunch of small bugs. Btw we will resume our event aggregation really soon. In the mean time, we hope you’re enjoying all the pumpkin spiced flavored items at TJs. Ily - Freddie

Please, please, please, tell me this retrograde will be over soon. Just when I thought this summer of brat was gonna be my summer. Ok let me tell you what’s new on Freddie: - We made a new brat mode. Yes you heard that right. We made a brat mode theme for the app. And we have to say, this is the better queer green. - Ticketed events will have a new dashboard that makes it easy to see how many tickets have been sold. On the day of the event, the event host can quickly check-in attendees using our ticket scanner. - We started aggregating events for NYC. We hope you’re having a brat girl summer. We’ve been grinding away making improvements to Freddie. Here’s the list of stuff we’ve been cooking: - We are now aggregating events for NYC and we posted our first Top 8 event round up. - We completely redesigned Event creation. It’s not just a visual overhaul - we’ve introduced a new Vibes section so you can better describe your events to attendees. - On your Profile, you’ll see an events tab where you’ll see a list of events you’re attending or have attended. Other users who mutually follow you can see you event RSVPs. - We aggregated a lot of new queer events for Los Angeles, the Bay, Chicago, and NYC. - You can now bulk upload images to your business profile header. - You can bulk upload images to an Event in the new Photos tab. This is the best way to share event pics after an event. - Fixed various small bugs. Stay hydrated out there! Freddie

Summer is finally here. What’s your summer mood: sloth summer, black cat summer, feral rat summer, or seal summer? We’re feeling like indoor cats so far. Besides having a feline summer we’ve been cooking up a lot of app improvements. So go download to get the latest :) Here’s the list of stuff we’ve been cooking: - We now support slideshow posts on the feed. So go make that meme compilation and post it. We support images and videos. - Top 8 Event posts got a make over. Now it’ll be easier to see the list of events that have made it to the Top 8 without leaving the feed. - We improved Space chat texts so they lead you to the right spot in the chat. Note that for old notifications, those will only the space itself. - Improved color contrast for the reactions row. - Made chat messages load faster. - We aggregated a lot of new queer events for Los Angeles, the Bay, and Chicago. - Fixed various small bugs.
