App useless
App doesn’t work consistently. I change the password but it’s rejected when I attempt to login. Also, it doesn’t show what needs to be scanned when using it at a Chuck-a-Rama. Need major overhaul. Go back to the card.
Good Restaurant, Bad App
Hit or miss to get into account on app. Both my husband and I can log into our accounts in Safari. I managed to get into my account on the app in my phone after several tries, but still doesn’t work in the app on my iPad.
Husband can’t log into the app even though he can login fine in Safari. Restaurant says he will have to use the app to use his senior loyalty card.
What a scam.
