Diabetes breathing app
I’m day 8 into this and a relatively experienced yogi and pranayama practitioner off and on for over 30 years. I’m familiar with the techniques but the sequencing of the body scan and various breathing techniques is excellent and provides a wonderful structure. Also the doctor’s introduction that explains the science behind the upcoming session is really helpful to give intentionally and support for something that has been practiced for 1000s of years. Looking forward to next 20 days. Oh and this is definitely not just for diabetics but for anyone looking for a few moments of calm and overall stress management.
