Doesn’t work!!!

I live in CA,USA and I have tried to download and update the app but it doesn’t seem to work in the states. I hope they fix that soon!!

Subscription Cancellation

I’m fairly certain I canceled my subscription with this app, yet I’ve been charged for the past few months without realizing it. They don’t send any confirmation emails for account cancellations or subscription changes, making it easy to miss these ongoing charges. To cancel my subscription, I had to redownload the app, sign in, and then contact customer service. This is not a good customer experience!

Fraud

The app doesn’t work and I can’t cancel the subscription and they keep changing me monthly.

Doesn’t work

I installed the app, when my signing up with my number it requests 6 digit verification code that’s supposed to be sent via sms or whatsapp but I never received it to proceed. Apparently full of bugs
