The app has anything you need to become as good as you can. Professional coaches telling you how to complete certain skills and what you need to look for on the field. As well as a carefully planned gym sessions to help with muscle mass, strength, speed and power. Countless conditiong sessions on and off feet.

Highly recommend

Josh and his team have done exceptional here. The workouts, information and help you get is insane. My rugby performance has improved an insane amount since using BPM.

Top notch stuff

Some of the best most in depth knowledge you can ask for. Went from 3 years of consistent injuries to a full season with no issues! Couldn’t ask for any more at that price point!

Where gains are made!

Been working with Josh since early on and since launching the App it has been epic! Haven’t had any issues with its performance and the amount of content from nutrition through to understanding the game, the layout of workouts and ease of use it’s well worth the investment!

Couldn’t speak anymore highly of the app, it’s got everything you need to really impact your game with strength and conditioning and high level coaching from some of the 🐐 of Rugby, Josh is really approachable with whatever questions you need answered weither it’s on the field or in the gym.

This app is the holy grail for the rugby community. Not only are the workouts targeted and effective but the community available to give advice, mentoring and tips is second to none. If you’re serious about rugby training don’t even second think to get this app! I’ve loved every minute of being part of the rugby journey
