INACCURACY, LACK OF CREDIBILITY / POOR COSTUMER SERVICE
THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS BAD . The listings they post have no credibility, the first listing was available on their app but not available after we paid 400$ so we where obligated to use pour payement as a credit as they’d don’t do any refund , they apologized for the poor update of their listings page , the second listing we selected the rent was at 5k at the moment we made purchase and the next day in less than 24h before we didn’t even contacted the landlord the same listing rent went to 11.5k without explanation, they told use that they could not control it and they didn’t understand why the landlord raised his rent so we had to pass for a 11.5k rent for arbitrage with 43 occupancy rates it was ridiculous. 1 person told us that we could have only 3 attempts otherwise we would loose pour 400$ payment, the second person told us that we have unlimited attempts until we find a listing to rent . We waited 3/4 month and just 5 days ago we found something interesting to use pour 400$ credit available and we did made a third purchase with the credit for a listing in New Jersey , we didn’t knew that Airbnb was not allowed anymore in Jersey City ! The landlord we contacted told us that she don’t want to go in jail but could rent us the place if we want to take the risk with the risk to pay fine and to go at the court , we again had to pass . BNB out listing that are in state or cities where Airbnb is not allowed so why we paid for 400$ if they can even check basics information before to charge us 400$ for a phone number or emails without guarantee to close a deal ? Since we claimed back out 400$ credit back again and even asked a refund now and nobody of the customers service is reacting after several of our texts . We paid 400$ . We now understand that they just pick up any listing pictures on Zillow and then contact the landlords who are open for arbitrage but without guarantee to accept any lease agreement.Perfect for arbitrage hosts
