I really like it
I really like the variety of prizes…. shipping is super fast considering. Prices are fair. The win rate is decent. I think it is definitely better than other claw apps like Clawee. Oh and there service side things are great as well, very quick to respond to glitches and errors..

Got kicked out
I was playing the game regularly but then one day I got kick out saying I broken the rules. What rules? They don’t tell me other than the fact that I broke them and now I can’t even get on the app.
Scam
I absolutely loved this game. I had purchased coins multiple times. Received everything I had shipped. I had purchased the week long subscription for coins, the next day my account was banned. For absolutely no reason. I had 12 items I had won waiting for shipment and they too have been lost. I can no longer access the game. No not recommend.

Awesome but
I love this claw machine app,has amazing prizes and great prices for coins. I love that it’s fast shipping as well. Though I recently tried logging in today and it said I violated their rules. From what I believe, I have not violated any rules. I paid a lot of money into this app and this has really upset me since I really enjoyed this claw game app. I’m hoping I can get some help , if I do then this will definitely be a 5 star review >~<

Users beware!
Don’t get trapped in this app. Real coin pusher machines rarely put out the correct amount of coins upon a 10 push or a win, along with the raised shelf just out of camera view preventing you from retaining your true winnings. Pay close attention to the build up at the shelf, specially if you hit big and coin output gets real slow! Playing coin pushers in the most corrupt of arcades, you won’t see a backup build like these do without a heavier prize or item restricting you. Claw machines are misleading too. If and when they work properly, the cameras alignment is meant to throw you off and 75% of items appear weighted. Save your money and go waste it at a locally owned real arcade with a proper small games of chance license.

Cannot contact support
I won a singular prize, a ring, and all of a sudden I have apparently seriously violated the platform rules 10025. I’m searching everywhere for what this rule is in their privacy policy, and terms and conditions and it is nowhere. I’ve tried contact them and they simply will not pick up, AND they have no email. I gave them $1.59 au for them to lock me out of the app and not even tell me what I’ve done wrong? I wouldn’t be so unhappy if they’d actually give me some support but alas. Game was pretty choppy and didn’t work half the time anyway though so do with that what you will.

Banned for breaking rules?!
I played the coin pusher games twice, I go to play again today and it won’t let me login and says my device is banned. I don’t have any emails or explanations from them. I had just bought the weekly club membership. Feels like I got scammed.

Game does nothing but glitches! And then it charges you multiple times for the same coin package when it glitches out sometimes and … will try to charge you for coin packages that aren’t even advertised on their app.. and also tries to charge you for these unknown coin packages when you are NOT even on the app, don’t have it open, so now it looks like I’ll be out of a total of 145$…yes 145$ if these 2 unknown packages go through and if they don’t, i am still 129$ down into this game due to all of the glitches this app has.
