User friendly
This app is very user-friendly and convenient. I can get just about anything I need to get done through this app. If I have problems, a simple call to the credit union gets me a friendly, knowledgeable person to walk me through the process.
App frequently asks to re enroll biometrics
There’s a bug in the app right now where if you use Face ID to login but your phone doesn’t recognize your face (you’re looking away/wearing a mask etc) the app asks you to enter your password manually to re enroll Face ID “due to a recent password change”. This occurs even though there’s been no password change, and the re enrollment can be bypassed by hitting the back button and using Face ID again. If you do enter your password to re enroll, you get an email alerting you to an invalid password being submitted.

Logging in
The institution has always been difficult to access on any app that they have. Very frustrating to have to go into the credit union to access your information.
