Worst app and customer care to date!
I keep receiving email notifications about messages, and when I go to the app the messages page is a blank empty space. The email of the customer care/contact keep bouncing back, there's no Android app, the iOS App on iPad is horrible, the web is not working either. There's no way to delete the account and no policies or agreements in place. Avoid!!!!

Wish I knew before profile creation. I created a profile only to be faced with subscribe or scram. No thank you.

This is a scam
The app is terrible, the sign up experience is atrocious. You sign up with a free trial but you don’t have any terms of agreement.
As an artist I couldn’t figure out how to browse the platform because the Ux is not intuitive at all. Not transparent, really hard to use and not trustworthy.

Scam?
I have signed up to this (mistakenly) as an artist. There is no form of contact. They do not reply to emails. There is no way of stopping montly billing for subscription, it just keeps asking you to sign in and there is no phone number to call.
No copyright/image use, user agreement or privacy policy
The one star is not about the app itself, but the transparency of the business practice. This looks promising BUT the company does not provide a user agreement, privacy policy, or image usage & copyright information either on the website or app. Furthermore, there is no contact information anywhere on the website or app to ask questions. As an artist, I am leery of using a platform that appropriates my images for anything they want including sublicensing for profit without compensation like Facebook and Instagram, which is why I strongly dislike those platforms.

The app doesn’t exist
Tried downloading to check it out but the only things that works so far is fields for personal details and payments.
App doesn’t work
I already have artwork uploaded, was excited about the update. After opening it, I was asked to enter my email, then was sent to my mail, which (after copy/paste) into web browser was on the website. So the app is pointless. Sorry but still needs a lot of work.
