    I just love writing everything at the end of the night I have stayed consistent with this app and since I gave up on notebooks this was perfect I have never missed a day and am super happy with what I have done and jotted with this app go and download write NOW
  • I love the app so far

    I love the app. I feel like it helps me get everything bothering me out, and helps me track my good days and bad days because it has reminders, and it’s like a little person understanding my day!

    I love journaling what I’ve done and this app makes it simple to do that! It keeps me organized and my mind opened! I love this app a lot! And i hope others do too! And it’s super simple to use!
  • Therapeutic TIME SAVER

    Sooo calm and chill! You don’t have to journal for hours about your feelings! It asks how your day was and why it was good or bad and then tracks it for after 7 entries!!! I have a mood disorder and anxiety and god knows what else so this is such a quick way to keep myself on track and monitor my moods (and what’s been triggering them!). You can also change the color of the app so it’s very customizable to your own personal aesthetic. I’m telling everyone I know to download it lol

  • Easy to use

    This app makes it really easy to take care of your mental health a little bit each day. Because it’s so simply , it makes you continue to come back to use everyday. It’s not confusing , nor has too much questions to respond to. I highly recommend this app to track moods and thoughts .

    This app is so wonderful! It really is a lot in one app. At first I was skeptical because a lot of apps with a premium option have barely any features but this one isn’t like that. I have only had this for a week so far so I’ll see how it goes from here!! Thank you very much for making this app!
