Overall this is a fun way to gamble on prizes. But when I ran into an issue with the app the customer service was horrible. They just continue to communicate a scripted response and send you in circles never resolving anything. This was luckily about an issue on prize selection from a starter box but it should still be corrected. Now I have a useless prize that cannot be recycled and I won’t spend the shipping to be delivered and thrown on a shelf.Show lessPete Wt

This company does not honer their word
I was sent a fake Stanley cup then the company offered to send a replacement I refused but they insisted and told me if I had any futher issues I would be giving a full refund to my PayPal for the inconvenience after I got the replacement it was the wrong size cup so I told them they messed up and I wanted a refund and they agreed to give it a month later I was kept asking about my refund and was told they are sorry for the misunderstanding and I would not be given a refund smh this company does no honor their wordShow lessAzHeat928
