I want my money back
I purchased the app and could only use it once first of all you have to call the number and then merge the calls in order to record the conversation which makes it obvious for the person on the other end of the call secondly the merge function doesn’t work after the first use and all you can hear in the recording is the call being on hold. I want my my money back pleaseShow lessMrs M.M

Call recorder merge doesn't work!
I've tried to get help. Several times asking why it won't merge and done videos. And sent them to support. And send them to report.But I've gotten no response back. I've tried several different ways to trouble shoot but nothing worked on my iPhone. I initiated the call through the app, then followed three way calling as well as thevrevers and only get hold on one and can switch between calls but the merge doesn't workShow lessChandler Armstrong

I’ve have been getting harassment phone calls, so need record calls to gather evidence. I bought this at £39.99 but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t all you to merge calls. I immediately asked for a refund but haven’t had anything back yet. Can I please have a refund?JJann79
