Very racist app and very fraudulent.
Problems I have faced
The app has a good overall experience when it’s working smoothly. However, it tends to get stuck frequently, which is quite frustrating. On top of that, I’m unable to recharge through either the app or the official website, which defeats the purpose of some of the features. Customer support has been unresponsive, and even the VIP support isn’t replying to my inquiries. The app has potential, but it definitely needs a lot of improvements, especially in terms of stability and support responsiveness.
